The valve assembly is a critical component of the hydraulic end of a mud pump, operating under high frequency and strong impact conditions. Both the valve body and valve seat are integrally forged from high-grade 20CrMnTi alloy steel, and precisely machined in strict accordance with process standards to ensure excellent surface finish and dimensional accuracy. Advanced heat treatment techniques are applied, achieving a carburization depth greater than 1.8 mm, resulting in high strength, superior toughness, and a working surface hardness of HRC60 or above. The sealing components are made of polyurethane or specially formulated rubber, providing exceptional wear resistance and a service life exceeding 300 hours under normal operating conditions.
